The eldest daughter of Mario Romano, Angela is the manager of the Mario Romano Capri collections.

Her life tells of an innate passion for fashion: since she was a child she dreamed of becoming a stylist and spent her free time among the fabrics of the family business, making clothes for dolls.

Angela today participates in the production process,  from the conception to the marketing of all the garments, with the utmost attention to respect for the people who are part of it and for the environment.

To understand what is behind a Mario Romano Capri garment, it is necessary to take a trip to Sant’Egidio del Monte Albino, the last town on the Amalfi Coast, where the company is based and where the garments are designed, cut and packaged

The production is entirely carried out by brother Alberto Romano, owner of the Shirt & Sport s.r.l. company, through the use of the latest generation equipment that guarantees the perfection of the garments, but maintaining obsessive attention to strictly handcrafted details.

The linen, cashmere and silk garments are sold in the Mario Romano boutiques in Capri, Amalfi and Sorrento.

Sandals, bags, jewels and hats made by the best local craftsmen complete the collections making them among the most loved by tourists from all over the world.

The boutiques dedicated to father Mario Romano were born on the wonderful island of Capri, thanks to the expertise and tenacity of his sister Marianna Romano, who began the adventure of retailing by creating not just shops, but magical places where buying is emotion and the dressing is the pursuit of well-being.

Angela has chosen to distribute her products directly, through the opening of stores in Amalfi and Sorrento.

The Mario Romano boutiques are therefore the projection of an artisan company with over 30 years of history.
